Desperately looking for participants for several alexithymia studies in the UK
12.09.2017 by researcher123

Hello,
I am a researcher based in London studying alexithymia and recruiting participants to take part in our studies. As we research in this area is very important for understanding alexithymia, we would be extremely grateful for your participation!
We have several studies going on at the moment, one of them involving the understanding of language in alexithymic patients, another one investigating state recognition (e.g. recognising tiredness, temperature, pain etc.) and also an EEG study, where we record electrical signals from your brain by placing wires in a cap on your head. You could choose to take part in any or all of these studies. Participation in these studies will be compensated with £16/hour plus travel expenses.
The studies will be taking place at Royal Holloway, University of London and King's College, London, so if you live in the UK and would be willing to participate in a study for further investigation of alexithymia, please do get in touch!
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. My email address is yana.schwarze@rhul.ac.uk.
Thank you in advance for considering taking part - we look forward to hearing from you.
Yana

Hi
I've only just seen this, so I don't know if I'm too late, but I'm UK based.
I have emailed you.
