I want to cry but im not sad, but i feel something missing like a crushing weight on me and thats whats bad.
Otherwise everything else is okay, but the weight hurts.

Possibly missing self-purpose or self-worth. Common during Coronavirus and is dying out as a possibility for most commonwealth as the future unfolds.

i believe that could also be described as depressed, the emotion not the mental illness

Alexithymia - emotional blindness - is a personality trait characterized by the inability to identify and describe emotions in the self. Core characteristics of alexithymia are marked dysfunction in emotional awareness, social attachment, and interpersonal relationship.
