Topic: Curious about drinking and alexis'

yes, Questions. When I am under light influence of alcohol (I rarely get really drunk), I feel that I am capable of compassion, love, hapiness, satisfaction of life. I even sense some negative feelings - like being hurt or offended by someone. Its like when a shortsighted person puts on glasses - all that was fuzzy suddenly clears up and you are wondering why it cannot be like that when you are sober.
I guess to some extend it works like that with everyone - even non-alexis - because I witnessed several times people confessing love when being drunk. But I think there is a slight difference. With non-alexes, the case is that they knew what they felt even before being drunk; they only were afraid to say it aloud. While we alexes actually dont realize what we feel until getting under influence and then saying it aloud is never a problem - drunk or sober. So in case of an alex, it can happen that he confessess love the morning after getting drunk - provided he still believes what he sensed last night...

This is the only way I have been able to feel anything at all for over 15 years. Seriously, it's getting to the point where I think some form of dependancy has formed; wherever possible, try to help your SO not to go down this road. My father and I are very similar psychologically, and he has become a full-blown alcoholic over time.
