Can alexithymia be directly linked to Schizoid personality disorder?

My alexithymia test result is 130. I have schizoid disorder since at least I was a teen.(can't remember/know exact time). I find some of the symptoms really similar to each other but it's just a personal opinion of mine.

I wonder if there are other people here who have both Alexi and Schizoid disorder.

Yes

I also have schizoid PD. I got a score of 174 on the test which I wasn't surprised with. Schizoid and alexithymia are very similar. However, schizoid focuses more on the negative effects of the schizophrenia.
